Production Process

Design: Confirmation effect can be presented on printing and pre-press processing.
Upload artwork: Upload to FTP or cloud drive.
Review (Proofreading): Check whether the text and color of the artwork meet the printing conditions.
Reply to confirm: The customer will be asked to complete the artwork before proofing, so as to avoid omissions.
Proofing: U-print provide digital samples. Please notify in advance if you need hardcopy proof, and it will be an additional charge.
Confirmation: After the sample is confirmed, please print your name.
Typesetting: According to the requirements and size ratio of the artwork to choose paper and imposition.
Plate making-publishing: Layout the printed content to the zinc plate and confirm that the layout is clean and no dirty spots.

Mass produce: Confirm whether ink color of the same printing surface is uniform, whether color of the front and back sheets are the same, and whether color is same as the sample.
Checking: It is possible to put forward the need to check the print before the formal printing.

Coating: Check the surface is smooth and no pores.
UV spot: The UV spot position is aligned with the printed text.
Hot stamping: Hot stamping and printed text are aligned.
Die-cutting: The section should be flat and the line should be clear.
Fold and glue: Paste edge without overflow and shape same as folding line.
Binding: What kind of binding do you want? Perfect binding, hardcover, saddle stitch ... etc, and confirm whether the size after binding is same as artwork.
